Our Story

ELEWHITE was founded in 2021 in Calgary, Canada, by Yuan (me) - a healthcare professional and artist with a deep love for art & design, emotional well-being, and entrepreneurship.

The best way to describe who we are is to share one of my reflective journals:

"I've recently been reflecting on why ELEWHITE exists.

If you were to ask me what sets ELEWHITE apart from hundreds of other puzzle brands, I would say it’s the intention and care behind everything we do.

The world is not short of beautiful puzzles; we don’t exist just to add another one - that would be meaningless. Instead, we want to create something meaningful, something deeper - for you and for ourselves.

Because of this purpose, we choose not to license pre-existing artwork just to make a puzzle. We believe that when an artwork is created from scratch, with intention and with you - our audience - in mind, it comes to life with a soul and connects on a deeper level. That’s what we’re proud of.

Also because of this purpose, we’ve been able to attract like-minded artists - I’m incredibly grateful. It’s beyond satisfying to work with talents who share the same passion, vision, and reason. Everything moves in harmony when the heart is in the right place.

In the fleeting spark of life, we strive to create something meaningful." 

All of our artwork is created by our in-house artists, including myself.
