If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.
For orders that have not yet been fulfilled, cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5%–6% transaction fee on the total order amount. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is not retained by us.
For orders that have already been shipped, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, export duties, taxes, and any other related charges, as well as the non-refundable 5%–6% transaction fee on the total order amount charged by the payment processor.
