— Who creates the artwork on your puzzle designs?
All of our artwork is created in-house by our dedicated art team.
We want our puzzles to mean something, to spark a deeper connection.
That’s why every design is created from scratch, with purpose and passion.
— What makes ELEWHITE collectible?
Many of our designs are released only once, in limited quantities, with a few special favorites occasionally returning. Each puzzle reflects our signature style, making it an exclusive piece of art to enjoy and treasure. This uniqueness and rarity are what make ELEWHITE truly collectible.
— Do you restock your sold-out puzzles? I'm interested in several designs.
Yes and No.
Most of our designs are released only once. However, some sold-out designs may return if there is strong demand from our community.
One way to let us know you’re interested is by signing up via the “Request a Restock” button on the product page, or by emailing us directly.
— I'm an artist and love your work; how do I work with you?

— Are your puzzles sustainably produced?
Sustainability matters deeply to us. Our puzzles are printed with soy-based inks on recycled board. Our factory values work-life balance and pays the highest compensation in the region. Our packaging is plastic-free whenever possible, though options are limited when it comes to protecting puzzles from humidity with the outermost film layer. If you have thoughts or ideas on how we can do better, we’d love to hear from you.
— Do you release new puzzle designs regularly?
We release a number of thoughtfully designed puzzles, typically twice a year. Our focus is on depth, not volume - every release is intentional, and quality always comes first.
— EXPERIENCE —
— What if there's a missing piece?
With strict quality control, missing pieces are rare at ELEWHITE. However, despite our best efforts, it can still happen, and we understand how frustrating it can be to discover a missing piece near the end of a puzzle session.
But don’t worry - reach out to us. We’ll make it right with care and urgency.
Please note: we are unable to replace missing pieces for puzzles purchased privately or from second-hand stores. Additionally, weare unable to resend replacement piece(s) if a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided to us.
