We are based out of Calgary, Canada.

Customers residing outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable import fees, taxes, and duties (except for those in the United States).

For U.S. shipments, our current shipping rates include all tariffs and fees, ensuring that no additional charges are incurred upon delivery. We work exclusively with trusted, high-quality carriers to provide you with a smooth and speedy delivery.

 

Shipping Charges

Orders to Canada, the continental United States, most of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand can be processed through our standard checkout on our website.

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $85

Shipping rates vary significantly for the rest of the world. For that, we kindly ask you to contact us directly for a more accurate shipping rate before checkout.

 

Time Frame 

Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after receiving payment.

Canada & U.S.: usually delivered within 1 - 5 business days after being dispatched from our warehouse.

Europe: approximately 3 - 7 business days.

Australia & New Zealand: approximately 5 - 8 business days.

 

Pre-Orders

If your order includes any "preorder" items (as indicated in the product description), we will ship your entire order as one package once the preordered item is in stock.

Should you wish to receive the non-preorder items sooner, please place two separate orders, processing two sets of shipping fees.

 

Tracked Shipping

We offer tracked shipping for all of our items, including pre-orders.

If the items haven’t arrived within the expected time frame, we recommend you reach out to the courier directly for an update. If you need further assistance from us, please get in touch.

Please note: we will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages, including but not limited to address errors made by customers.

If items are returned back to our warehouse due to failed delivery, the customer will be liable for any onwards shipping costs.

 

Damaged/Wrong Items

We pack all your goodies with love and care. If noticeable damages occurred during transit, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the damage. We will work with you for a resolution.

For any incorrect items, our sincere apologies! Please reach out to us, and we will make it right for you.

 

— Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations — 

If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery (unopened and in its original packaging), no questions asked.

Please note: all fees and costs associated with returns and exchanges, such as shipping, postage, and any import/export duties, will be the customer’s responsibility.

We highly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item without it. Tracking will allow us to monitor the return in case anything happens during transit.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. We are unable to process cancellations once the order has been shipped or is in production. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable transaction fee on the total order amount, charged by the payment processor (not by us).

 

— Price Adjustment — 

Please submit your price adjustment requests within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Requests beyond the 7-day window, unfortunately, will not be accepted.
