We understand the frustration of reaching the final piece of your favorite puzzle, only to discover it's missing. How frustrating! Each of ELEWHITE's puzzles undergoes rigorous quality control during production, so missing pieces are truly rare.

In the rare event that, after searching high and low—on the floor, in pockets, under the bed, in the cat’s mouth… …you still can't find that piece, worry not! We’ve got you covered. Simply send us an email: hello@elewhite.com, along with the following information:

• Your order number

• A clear picture showing the area where the piece is missing, along with a generous amount of the surrounding areas, to help us identify the missing piece

• Your shipping address

We’ll send you the missing piece by regular mail at no cost to you. Since it's regular mail, it may take some time.

Please note: If we are unable to replace the piece for any reason, we will work with you to find the best possible solution. Additionally, we are unable to replace missing pieces for ELEWHITE puzzles purchased through second-hand stores, private sales, or unauthorized retailers.
