ELEWHITE’s 2025 revenue increased by over 4x (not counting tariffs).
Compared to 2024, this increase is no small number for us, especially when we truly thought U.S. tariffs would knock us out. You proved me wrong - Thank you, ELEWHITE supporters! 🙌🏻
If I had to pick one keyword for 2025, it would be intentional — in both business and my personal life.
If you’ve been following our newsletter, earlier this year, I asked myself some big questions: Why does ELEWHITE exist? And what sets us apart from other puzzle brands? The crystal-clear insights gained from those reflections became a strong compass for everything we did this year.
An increase in revenue is not the most important outcome, but it is a tangible one that I can easily share with you. The most important outcome is the connection we’ve built this year — real, amazing connections. We hope you felt it from us, too.

Inventory Crisis
Most of our designs (24 out of 30) sold out by the end of October 2025. The remaining designs are critically low in stock—and as a result, we missed the holiday sale.
The “Sold Out” badge looked great most days, until we had nothing left to sell during the holidays… which was somewhat embarrassing 😅
Here’s hoping Yuan does a better job with inventory planning next year 🔮
