🌕 I Left My Full-Time Job as a Healthcare Leader

October 29th, 2026, I submitted my formal notice to leave my full-time job.

If we haven't met, I'm Yuan, the founder and lead artist of ELEWHITE. My background is a healthcare professional, working in a leadership role.

For the past five years, I've worked full-time while building ELEWHITE. Evenings were spent on ELEWHITE; weekends were for packing orders; vacations never felt like real vacations.

It was a lot.

I knew this day would come; I just didn’t know when. ELEWHITE has grown to a point where I must make this decision. It’s a bittersweet feeling as I genuinely enjoyed my work as a healthcare leader. However, my next chapter is about ELEWHITE, and only ELEWHITE.

Life has taught me to stay humble, respect timing, and trust my intuition - never rush, never force anything, and always have faith.

Taking this step is exciting but also nerve-racking. The thought of “will I make it?” does cross my mind sometimes. But the only way to find out is to go through it.

I’m sharing this as a significant milestone in my life. Taking the step doesn’t guarantee anything; it’s simply a very natural next step in the journey.

Lastly, let me always be reminded of why ELEWHITE exists - to create something meaningful for you, for my team, and for myself.
