We are based out of Calgary, Canada.

Customers living outside Canada will be liable for any importing fees, taxes and duties that may apply.

Shipping Charges

Orders to Canada, the United States, mainland China, most of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand can be processed through the normal checkout on our website.

Shipping rates vary significantly for the rest of the world. For that, we kindly ask you to contact us directly for a more accurate shipping rate before checkout.

Time Frame 

We handcraft your candles fresh, ensuring the highest quality. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving payment.

Canada & U.S.: Packages to Canada and United States are usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days AFTER being dispatched from our warehouse.

Europe: approximately 4 - 7 business days.

Mainland China : approximately 2 - 3 weeks. Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address during checkout. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once we dispatch your items.

Australia & New Zealand: approximately 10 - 15 business days.

Rest of the world: approximately 10 - 20 business days.

Pre-Orders

In the event that your order includes any "preorder" items (indicated in the product description), we will ship your entire order as one package once the preordered item is in stock.

Should you wish to receive the non-preorder items sooner, please place two separate orders, processing two sets of shipping costs.

Tracked Shipping

We offer tracked shipping for all of our items, including pre-orders.

If the items haven’t arrived within the expected time frame, we recommend you reach out to the courier directly for an update. If you need further assistance from us, please contact us here.

Please note: we will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages, including but not limited to address errors made by customers.

If goods are returned back to our warehouse due to failed delivery, the customer will be liable for any onwards shipping costs.

 

Damaged/Wrong Items

We pack all your goodies with love and care. If noticeable damages occurred during transit, please reach out to us here within 2 days of delivery with proof of the damage. We will work with you for a resolution.

For any wrong items, our sincere apologies! Please reach out and we will figure out a way together that works best for you.

— Returns & Cancellation — 

Our products are made to order. Therefore, please kindly understand that we do not accept exchanges or returns.

In the event you want to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. We won’t be able to process cancellations once the order has been shipped or is being made.

— Price Adjustment — 

Please submit your price adjustment requests within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Requests beyond the 7-day window, unfortunately, will not be accepted.
