Each of ELEWHITE's puzzles undergoes rigorous quality control during production. Missing pieces are rare, but despite our efforts for perfection, they can still occasionally happen.

In the rare event that, after searching high and low—on the floor, in pockets, under the bed, in the cat’s mouth… …you still can't find that piece, worry not! We’ve got you covered. Simply get in touch with us here. We will respond to your message and request the following information:

• Your order number

• A clear picture showing the area where the piece is missing, along with the surrounding area, to help us identify the missing piece

• Your shipping address

We’ll send you the missing piece! It’s still perfection, just a bit delayed :)
